Job summary

CBRE seeks a Senior Project Consultant to manage and implement large, high-profile project schedules from proposal to completion. This role sits within the Project Management function, overseeing projects from initiation through delivery and driving performance and accountability across teams.

The candidate should have 8–10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent), and certifications (CSM/CSP/PSM). Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• CSM, CSP or PSM certification required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic tooling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and delegate work assignments to project team members.
• Manage project statuses, meetings, reporting, scope changes and budgets.
• Monitor progress and performance against plans.
• Serve as SME between client business teams and CBRE.
• Lead RFP responses for external technology services and estimates.
• Coach junior team members and share knowledge.
