Job summary

Army NAF is seeking a CYS Administrator to oversee a level 3+ center-based program and ensure compliant operations for the Installation Child and Youth Delivery System. The role includes planning, staffing, and enforcing DA policies related to CYPPP, registration, and space utilization.

Travel to on- and off-post locations is required, with health and background checks as part of the process. Qualified candidates will hold a 4-year degree related to CYS fields or equivalent combination of

Qualifications

Successful completion of a 4 year college or university degree with a major course of study directly related to a CYS field.
Combination of education and experience with at least 24 semester hours in education or related field plus relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as CYS Administrator of a level 3+ CYS program with center-based offerings.
Oversee operation, integration, coordination and oversight of Installation Child and Youth Delivery System per applicable regulations.
Plan and supervise administration of center-based system including full day, part day, before/after school, hourly, and camps.
Implement and monitor DA policies including CYPPP guidance, fee policies, program registration, standards and space utilization.
Recruit and hire qualified personnel using Army CYS standard descriptions; supervise staff and evaluate performance.
