Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planner to support DoD/JOCUSCYBERCOM planning processes. The role focuses on developing and synchronizing OCO plans to deliver integrated cyber effects in support of national objectives.

The candidate will lead staffing, collaborate across teams, and integrate CO and DCO planning, with strong knowledge of cyber threats and planning phases. On-site contract support is required for USCYBERCOM operations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Eight plus years recent CO Planner experience (since 2015); Combat Mission Team experience can waive two years per year.
• Familiarity with OCO concepts, capabilities, and authorities (Title 10 vs Title 50).
• Formal training as Cyber Operational Planner within DoD/IC.

Responsibilities

• Lead plans development and staffing to drive Cyberspace Operations per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operational plans to deliver cyber effects.
• Support OCO through Joint planning and integration with DCO planning processes.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Engage with Joint Operational Planning Groups and teams and integrate cyber capabilities into plans.
