Job summary

Leidos is seeking Subject Matter Expert-level Joint Cyberspace Operational Planners to serve as Site Leads for Leidos on-site support to USCYBERCOM. You will guide Joint Cyberspace plans development and staff key documents, coordinating with CNMF, J3 and JTF-ARES to inform employment of cyber capabilities and future initiatives.

The role requires senior-level advisory experience, security clearance, and the ability to lead cross-team planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or related area.
• 10+ years as Joint Operations Planner or leading planning processes.
• Experience advising organizational leadership and coordinating across DoD/IC.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Joint Cyberspace plans development and staffing.
• Lead daily activities as Site Lead within USCYBERCOM-related staff.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans, OPORDs and FRAGOs.
• Coordinate planning activities and integrate cyber capabilities into plans.
• Ensure alignment of execution with organizational objectives.
