Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Joint Cyberspace Fires Lead to provide expert guidance within USCYBERCOM J38 and Leidos on-site support. You will drive cyber operations coordination, develop targeting plans, and synchronize cyberspace activities with broader joint fires processes.

This is a high-responsibility, on-site role requiring deep cyber operations knowledge and cross-agency collaboration. You will leverage your experience in joint operations planning, defense and intel customer missions, and

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• BA/BS in National Security, cybersecurity, IT, or CS with 12 years' experience or Master's with 10 years.
• Five+ years' experience in Joint Fires within cyberspace operations.
• Experience in providing SME in Joint/Service Fires coordination.
• Knowledge of Joint Fires tactics, planning, and doctrine.

Responsibilities

• Support Cyber Operations alignment with Agency mission and ongoing operations.
• Lead targeting, validation, synchronization, and integration in Cyber Warfare.
• Integrate CO with Joint Fires targeting processes to achieve desired effects.
• Provide leadership with situational awareness and reporting on CO operations.
• Translate complex CO information for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate CO across USG, DoD, and allied partners.
