The position reports to the Transformation Office and requires 10+ years in program management, strong governance, and excellent stakeholder management to drive large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in program or project management.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Program Management, Cybersecurity or related field.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex programmes end-to-end.
Strong governance, dependency management, and execution discipline.
Experience producing executive-level reporting and supporting governance forums.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in highly matrixed environments with shared ownership.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of complex cybersecurity programmes across multiple workstreams.
Develop and manage integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
Drive recovery plans (go-to-green) for at-risk initiatives with clear timelines.
Maintain execution discipline and ensure high-quality delivery.
Define and operationalize OKRs, KPIs, and executive reporting and dashboards.
