Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, administration, and documentation of training for the DISA GSM-O II TN22 CSSP Services Program. You will coordinate with trainers, site coordinators, and government stakeholders to maintain training schedules and records while ensuring readiness and timely development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in training coordination or related.
• Experience with training, scheduling, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with government/stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and administrative support for cybersecurity training events.
• Maintain training calendars, rosters, course materials, and virtual links.
• Track completion, qualification status, and development plans.
• Maintain training records and supporting documentation for compliance.
• Support data collection for workforce-readiness metrics and reports.
• Identify overdue or expiring training and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop and revise training materials and learner resources.
• Ensure materials and schedules are current and accessible.
