Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges. You will lead discovery, solution design, product demos, and POV engagements, translating capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong cybersecurity knowledge, enterprise networking experience, and proven executive communication skills, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution consulting or related technical role.
• 5+ years customer-facing technical or support experience.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity / enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong cybersecurity, identity and access, governance and risk knowledge.
• Networking knowledge including routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, DNS, NAT, segmentation.
• Experience with network traffic capture and telemetry.
• Ability to translate security capabilities to business outcomes.
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
• BS degree in CS / MIS / Cybersecurity or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, design, and validation.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person demos.
• Deploy and support POVs and PoCs.
• Translate capabilities into business outcomes.
• Advise during evaluations, competitive situations, and exec discussions.
• Develop customer-facing documentation and solution narratives.
• Lead technical training sessions on use cases.
• Support marketing events and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support.
• Travel 25–50% as required.
