Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, and risk challenges. You will lead discovery, design solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations to translate technical capabilities into business value.

The role requires strong cybersecurity knowledge, enterprise networking experience, and excellent communication with executives and technical practitioners alike. Expect 25–50% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting or related technical role.
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical, pre-sales, or related experience.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platform sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, identity & access governance & risk, and security operations.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise networking concepts (routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, NAT).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person technical demonstrations.
• Deploy and support proof-of-value engagements and PoCs.
• Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor during evaluations, competitive situations, and executive discussions.
• Develop customer-facing documentation and solution narratives.
• Lead technical training sessions based on customer use cases and POV findings.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Travel as required, typically 25-50%, depending on region and business needs.
