COLSA is actively seeking a Certified RMF Validator to support cybersecurity and RMF activities. The role involves validating RMF controls, producing SARs, and ensuring compliance with DoD policies.

The selected candidate will coordinate with program leadership and client teams and contribute to metrics and improvement efforts. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Cybersecurity/IT, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and DoD clearance with US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with RMF assessment, validation/IV&V, and SAR development.
• DoD security clearance and US Citizenship required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform validation/auditing of RMF authorization requirements per processes.
• Provide IV&V of security controls and safeguards from security engineering.
• Develop Security Assessment Reports (SAR) per DoW policies.
• Coordinate with PM, ISSM/ISSO, User Representative and client.
• Develop and report validation metrics across the process steps.
• Provide network and security operations analysis and recommendations.
• Recommend protections for networks, workstations, servers, and IT assets.
• Audit information system security policies and procedures.
• Participate in response teams to address anomalies per standards.
