• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, or technical program management.
• Proven leadership in complex cybersecurity efforts for defense or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of programs from inception to completion.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs.
• Negotiate contracts and changes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate proposal preparation and operating budgets.
