Banner Engineering seeks a Cybersecurity Manager to lead the global cybersecurity program, aligning strategy with business goals and overseeing governance, risk, and operations. You will partner with IT/OT leaders and external partners to implement scalable security controls and drive improvements across the enterprise.

The role reports to IT/OT leadership and requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking to protect Banner’s digital assets and infrastructure.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity or information-security experience, including leadership or program-management responsibility.
• Experience leading enterprise cybersecurity programs, security operations, and risk-based improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security controls, and frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Experience with incident response, vulnerability management, identity and access management, security monitoring, and third-party risk management.
• Experience securing a hybrid on-premises and cloud technology environment, including on-premises infrastructure, cloud platforms and services, endpoints, networks, and OT/industrial environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain risk and recommendations clearly to technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing risks, build practical security roadmaps, and drive cross-functional execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and continuously improve Banner’s global cybersecurity program, aligning security strategy, priorities, and investments with business objectives and risk.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and governance practices.
• Direct security operations, including threat monitoring, security event triage, investigations, incident response, and coordination with internal and external partners.
• Manage the vulnerability-management program, including vulnerability identification, risk-based prioritization, remediation tracking, validation, and executive escalation.
• Lead cybersecurity risk assessments for enterprise systems, cloud services, manufacturing and OT environments, vendors, and new technology initiatives.
• Partner with Infra, Applications, Engineering, Manufacturing, Legal, HR, and business leaders to embed security requirements into projects.
• Oversee cybersecurity vendor relationships, managed security services, contracts, and SLAs.
• Develop and report cybersecurity metrics, risk trends, and program status to IT/OT leadership and executives.
• Lead, coach, and develop cybersecurity personnel and foster a culture of accountability.
