Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology.
• 7+ years of experience evaluating, contributing to, or supporting development of cybersecurity capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop associates by setting clear expectations and supporting career progression.
• Advise on best practices in risk reduction through configuration of cybersecurity tools and platforms.
• Support development and standardization of capability, risk, and threat classification frameworks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement programs, including risk/issue identification and corrective action results.
• Identify and operationalize cross-programmatic linkages among threats, controls, tooling, and data analytics to inform prioritization and spending.
• Lead solutioning for large-scale enterprise risk reduction efforts.
• Communicate impact of gaps and remediation options to leadership and other audiences.
• Lead cross-domain risk assessments and capability reviews aligning with standards and regulator expectations.
• Influence risk reduction initiatives across cyber programs to ensure consistent control design and testing.
