Qualifications

• Experience with multi-cloud environments.
• Experience using security tools such as Splunk, CrowdStrike, Qualys or AWS Security Hub.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Advanced experience with risk management concepts and threat mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop associates by setting clear expectations and feedback.
• Advise on risk reduction through cybersecurity tool configurations.
• Support capability, risk, and threat classification framework development.
• Drive continuous improvement programs including action tracking and validation.
• Coordinate cross-program linkages among threats, controls, tooling, and data analytics.
• Lead solutioning for large-scale enterprise risk reduction efforts.
• Communicate gaps and remediation options to leadership audiences.
• Lead cross-domain risk assessments aligning standards with business goals.
• Influence risk reduction initiatives across cyber programs.
