Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity or IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop associates with clear expectations and feedback.
• Advise on risk reduction through cybersecurity tools and platforms.
• Support development of capability, risk, and threat classification frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement programs including risk/issue identification and corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-programmatic linkages among threats, controls, tooling, and data analytics.
• Lead solutioning for large-scale enterprise risk reduction efforts.
• Communicate impact of gaps and remediation options to leadership.
• Lead cross-domain risk assessments ensuring alignment with standards and objectives.
