Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology.
• 7+ years of experience evaluating, contributing to, or supporting development of cybersecurity capabilities.
• 7+ years of experience with cybersecurity frameworks and concepts such as NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CMMC, FedRAMP, etc.
• 7+ years of experience performing analysis of or developing solutions for cyber threats, vulnerabilities, risks, or events.
• 7+ years of experience working on teams and presenting to stakeholders on cybersecurity metrics, threat intelligence, controls and/or requirements.
• 6+ years of experience working in multi-cloud environments.
• 6+ years of experience using security tools (e.g., Splunk, Crowdstrike, Qualys, or AWS Security Hub).
• 3+ years of experience developing or interpreting cybersecurity metrics or dashboards.
• 2+ years of experience developing or overseeing cybersecurity or technology risk programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop associates by setting clear expectations and supporting career progression.
• Advise on risk reduction through configuration of cybersecurity tools and platforms.
• Support development of risk/threat classification frameworks and standardization methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement programs including risk/issue identification and remediation validation.
• Identify cross-programmatic linkages among threats, controls, tooling, and data analytics to prioritize initiatives.
• Lead solutioning for large-scale enterprise risk reduction efforts.
• Clearly communicate gaps and remediation actions to leadership to improve cyber posture.
• Lead cross-domain risk assessments aligning enterprise standards, objectives, and regulator expectations.
• Coordinate risk-reduction initiatives across cyber programs to standardize control design and reporting.
