Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Graduate Education in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or a degree with 24 semester hours in related fields.
• Attention to Detail demonstrated by ensuring accuracy and consistency with standards.
• Customer Service experience providing information about IT products/services.
• Oral Communication experience briefing status of IT systems to non-technical audiences.
• Problem Solving experience addressing routine IT issues by applying standard solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a technical analyst and primary customer liaison.
• Resolves problems involving integration or configuration issues of applications and desktop configurations.
• Provides technical advice and assistance including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer application problems.
• Researches and provides feedback on problematic trends in customer support requirements.
• Reviews, validates, and standardizes problem resolutions for database inclusion.
• Applies information security policies in the delivery of customer services.
