Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a cybersecurity, IT, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience securing cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Hands‑on OT/ICS security experience with Purdue/ISA-62443 concepts.
• Experience with security due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong knowledge of IAM (Azure AD Entra ID) and M365 Defender.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable security architectures across IT, OT, cloud, and on‑prem environments.
• Lead security reviews and translate risk into secure‑by‑design roadmaps.
• Develop and operate cloud and on‑prem security solutions including Azure and AWS where applicable.
• Lead OT/ICS security and NERC CIP compliance activities and audits.
• Drive vulnerability management and incident response across IT and OT.
• Partner with SOC to improve detection, response, and automation.
• Mentor SecOps and educate process owners on security controls.
• Support M&A security due diligence and integration efforts.
