The role involves developing cybersecurity requirements, leading strategy groups, and performing risk analyses for combat systems with MBSE modeling support.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in program-specific security engineering with Navy combat systems or ten+ years general security engineering.
• Minimum IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
• Privileged users must meet JPAS adjudication and OS/CE training requirements within six months.

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity requirements, policy standards, and guidance for combat systems.
• Lead groups to craft cybersecurity strategies against evolving threats.
• Analyze policy gaps in cybersecurity, intelligence, and IT for combat systems.
• Design and document cybersecurity system engineering for combat platforms.
• Create risk assessments and mitigation plans for cyber risk on systems.
• Document requirements, gaps, threat analyses, and system engineering results.
• Utilize MBSE models to perform cybersecurity analysis.
