Qualifications

• Five years program-specific security engineering experience with Navy afloat/tactical combat systems or ten years general security engineering experience.
• Minimum certification as IAT Level II or higher per DoD 8570.01, or successor.
• Privileged user requirements include JPAS T-5/T-R designation and OS/CE training within six months.

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity requirements, policy standards, and guidance for combat systems.
• Conduct cybersecurity research and coordination for multi-classification efforts.
• Lead groups to develop cybersecurity strategies against emerging threats.
• Perform cybersecurity policy gaps analysis for combat systems.
• Design, analyze, and document cybersecurity for combat systems.
• Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans for cybersecurity.
