Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to defend critical water-infrastructure software and drive secure DevSecOps practices. You will monitor, detect, and respond to threats, while embedding security controls across the software development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with engineering to secure cloud-native environments (GCP, Kubernetes) and implement IaC security, ensuring resilient systems for public sector clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• 6+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Willing to travel domestically and/or internationally; travel frequency varies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced security monitoring and develop custom rules.
• Lead incident response for complex events including forensics.
• Design and execute vulnerability assessments and pen tests.
• Remediate vulnerabilities with IT and Dev teams and strengthen secure SDLC.
• Review security controls and drive remediation against frameworks.
• Research threat actors and develop threat intelligence.
• Mentor junior analysts and build team capability.
• Support enterprise security strategies aligned with objectives.
