Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join the Security Team, operating at the intersection of cybersecurity and DevSecOps to protect water-related software systems. You will secure the software development lifecycle, embed security controls, and coordinate with engineering to guard deployments in cloud environments.

Strong focus on threat detection, vulnerability management, and secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a cybersecurity-related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced security monitoring and develop custom rules to detect threats.
• Lead incident response for complex events including forensics and root cause analysis.
• Design and execute vulnerability assessments and penetration tests across systems.
• Remediate vulnerabilities with development teams and strengthen secure coding in the SDLC.
• Review security controls and ensure regulatory compliance; drive remediation.
• Research threat actors and develop forward-looking threat intelligence.
• Mentor junior analysts and support enterprise security strategies.
