Job summary

Trinnex seeks a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to secure software for water utilities. You’ll embed security into the SDLC, monitor complex alerts, and lead incident response to protect critical infrastructure.

You will work with engineering teams to strengthen defenses, perform vulnerability assessments, and apply threat intelligence to cloud-native workflows using IaC and Kubernetes in a modern DevSecOps approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; six years of relevant cybersecurity experience; travel possible.
• Experience securing SDLC, cloud-native apps, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced security monitoring and develop rules for emerging threats.
• Lead complex incident response including forensics and root-cause analysis.
• Design and execute vulnerability assessments and simulated attacks.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Review controls for regulatory compliance and strengthen secure coding in SDLC.
• Develop threat intelligence and defend cloud-native workflows.
