Responsibilities

• Deal Lead for Pre-Close cybersecurity due diligence across transactions.
• Evaluate security architecture, cloud, data protection, and third-party risk.
• Lead diligence evidence review and translate findings into risk conclusions.
• Provide risk-informed recommendations for Day 1, closing conditions, and post-close handoff.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and IT teams.
