Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Security/Engineering.
• 12+ years in cybersecurity engineering.
• Lead ISO 27001 implementation or audits.
• Experience designing and evidencing SOX ITGCs.
• Strong network security architecture expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define PacBio's security architecture and multi-year engineering roadmap.
• Lead ISO 27001 program and audits, evidence controls and Annex A.
• Own SOX ITGCs, including access, change management, logging and monitoring.
• Secure networks, HPC, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Automate security controls and evidence collection using IaC and scripting.
• Lead vendor and customer security questionnaires and posture assessments.
• Mentor staff and communicate risk and progress to engineers and executives.
