Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Architect to lead cybersecurity engineering and architecture for a DoD program based in the Virginia area. You will design secure, scalable enterprise security solutions across on‑premises and cloud environments, coordinating with cloud engineers, analysts, and program leadership to drive continuous improvement and mission readiness.

The role requires a strong DoD RMF background, experience with enterprise tools (Splunk, HBSS/ESS, ACAS), and a TS

Qualifications

• US Citizen with an active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain SCI.
• Strong background in cybersecurity engineering and architecture.
• Experience configuring cybersecurity tools for enterprise use.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement DoD-aligned cybersecurity strategies.
• Architect secure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD integrations.
• Lead risk assessments and authorization activities (ATO).
• Maintain DoD accreditation documentation and governance.
