What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure financial applications meet established controls through regular audits, testing, and reporting
- Actively participate with internal teams to enhance existing systems and recommend features for new systems to mitigate risks
- Monitor fraud trends and develop strategies, tools, and processes for superior fraud detection while balancing customer experience
- Conduct ongoing analysis to identify root causes of fraud trends and propose potential solutions
- Collaborate with legal, risk, operations, UX, and technology teams to prioritize and deliver solutions aligned with corporate strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree or 3 years of security investigative work experience, or 5 years of cybersecurity-related investigations experience
- 2+ years of experience with OpenSearch or ElasticSearch
- 2+ years of experience in Splunk and other Lucene technologies
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting complex multi-domain fraud investigations
- 2+ years of experience effectively documenting and reporting findings in fraud investigations
