Be part of an international team analyzing cyberthreat information from a variety of internal and external sources to produce reporting relating to cyber and fraud trends impacting financial institutions and private industry.
Partnering with cyber operation teams, fraud analysts, and development teams to build security into products and processes.
Bringing an experienced perspective in analyzing cyberthreats to financial services, the private sector, and federal agencies.
Describing the impact of cyberattacks; acting as a trusted advisor on applying controls and mitigating risks. You bring threat actor behavior, intent, capability, and motivation to program reviews, security initiative development, and audit reviews.
This technical position, the Senior Cyberthreat Intelligence Analyst, applies experience gained in previous intelligence analysis roles with an understanding of how threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures relate to exploiting network-based controls. Identify emerging threats based on indications of compromise and previous threat actor-attributed attacks. Work as a team member to ensure indications of compromise are promptly identified and stakeholders are informed with actionable and complete information.
Analyze threat information from a variety of internal and external sources to provide actionable intelligence relating to cryptography, access control, internetworking services, and protocols (such as DNS, VPN, VoIP, BGP, IPv6, and RDP).
Monitor cyberthreat reporting from media and intelligence sources, alert subject matter experts and regional leaders of cyber events, and coordinate reporting across all cyberthreat intelligence teams.
Understand how malware is deployed and how it is mitigated.
With direction, produce intelligence products to inform, maintain, and enhance Fidelity’s Cybersecurity program.
Support operations responding to cyber incidents by providing insightful research and analysis.
Produce intelligence reports, coordinate findings and analysis, and brief analysis to incident managers and peers.
