Job summary

BRG is seeking an experienced Senior Managing Consultant to lead cybersecurity and AI risk engagements across industries. You will drive client impact, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to BRG’s growth in cyber risk capabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional delivery across cyber, technology risk, and AI governance. You will translate complex findings for boards, originate opportunities, and shape proposals, while developing repeatable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, technology risk, or enterprise risk consulting.
• Experience leading engagements and complex cybersecurity/risk programs.
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks like NIST AI RMF is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical risk findings into executive insights.
• Build and deepen client relationships through credibility.
• Originate opportunities and contribute to proposals and revenue growth.
• Scope and shape new cybersecurity, technology risk and AI risk engagements.
• Mentor staff and contribute to coaching and team development.
• Develop repeatable client offerings, methodologies, accelerators and IP.
