Job summary

BRG is seeking an experienced cybersecurity and AI risk Consultant to lead complex advisory engagements, mentor staff, and shape capability growth. You will drive risk assessments, governance, and board‑level reporting for clients across sectors, partnering with senior leaders to deliver tangible business impact.

The role emphasizes client relationships, business development, and delivering practical, strategic recommendations in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional cybersecurity/technology risk consulting experience.
• Experience leading consulting engagements or complex programs.
• Understanding AI governance, risk, and control requirements; AI governance experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating risk to business terms.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills to structure ambiguous issues.

Responsibilities

• Support multidisciplinary teams through complex cybersecurity and AI risk programs.
• Translate technical findings into executive insights and board-ready recommendations.
• Build and deepen client relationships through credibility and strategic thinking.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and contribute to proposals and pursuit activity.
• Scope and shape new engagements with senior staff and BRG leaders.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to coaching and development.
