Job summary

BRG is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead cybersecurity and AI risk engagements, shaping governance programs and strategic roadmaps. You will mentor teams, manage client relationships, and drive revenue through new opportunities.

You will translate technical findings into actionable board-level recommendations and collaborate with BRG leaders to expand offerings and capabilities in AI risk and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or enterprise risk consulting.
• Demonstrated experience leading consulting engagements or complex cybersecurity/risk programs.
• Preferred CISSP, CISM, CRISC or other relevant advanced security certifications.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical and risk findings into executive-level insights and board-ready recommendations.
• Originate opportunities, contribute to proposals/SOWs and drive revenue growth.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through complex cybersecurity and AI risk programs with accountability for scope, schedule, resources, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Develop and industrialize repeatable offerings, methodologies, accelerators, and IP.
