Job summary

BRG is seeking an experienced cybersecurity and AI risk Senior Managing Consultant to lead complex advisory engagements and drive growth across cyber, technology risk, and AI governance. You will mentor teams, build senior-level client relationships, and shape BRG’s capabilities with industry frameworks like NIST, CIS and CRI AI RMF.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary programs, deliver board-ready insights, and help translate technical risks into strategic business decisions.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or enterprise risk consulting.
Demonstrated experience leading consulting engagements or complex cybersecurity/risk programs.
Experience with AI governance or risk management frameworks (NIST AI RMF, CRI AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 preferred).
Experience managing client relationships and communicating with senior executives.

Responsibilities

Translate complex technical and risk findings into executive-level insights and board-ready recommendations.
Build and deepen client relationships through technical credibility and strategic thinking.
Originate opportunities, contribute to proposals, and drive revenue growth.
Scope and shape new cybersecurity, technology risk and AI risk engagements with BRG leaders.
Mentor consulting staff and contribute to coaching and team development.
Develop repeatable client offerings, methodologies, accelerators and IP.
