Humana Inc is seeking a Senior Strategic and Operational Intelligence Analyst to deliver proactive cyber threat analysis and translate it into actionable guidance for Humana's information security organization. You will shape the strategic threat picture and help develop countermeasures that reduce exposure before threats materialize.

You will lead threat prioritization, analysis, and reporting, working with CTI peers, control owners, and senior leadership to turn insights into concrete actions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of intelligence experience with all-source cyber threat analysis.
• Curious, hands-on problem solving; comfortable with unfamiliar data.
• Experience with cyber threat landscape, actors, TTPs and sector trends.
• Fluency with AI tools and applying AI to intelligence analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to brief senior leadership.
• Working knowledge of security controls, enterprise tech, telemetry and defensive workflows.
• Experience producing strategic intelligence for senior leadership.
• Familiarity with CTI analytic frameworks and MITRE ATT&CK.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize threats and actors; guide CTI collection and countermeasure development.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc assessments tailored for Humana's decision makers.
• Develop proactive countermeasure packages with CTI and other teams.
• Influence program maturation; advance analytic tradecraft and tooling.
