Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Strategic and Operational Intelligence Analyst to deliver proactive cyber threat analysis and actionable guidance for Humana's CTI program.

You will set the strategic threat picture and shape proactive countermeasures across enterprise partners. The role involves producing strategic threat perspectives, collaborating with Detection Engineering, SOC, and vulnerability teams, and leveraging AI to accelerate insights while maintaining rigorous analytic tradecraft.

Competenze

• 5+ years of intelligence experience in all-source cyber threat analysis.
• Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on problem-solving; capable of exploring unfamiliar data and testing approaches.
• Experience with cyber threat landscape, actors, TTPs, and sector-specific trends.
• Fluency with AI tools and their application to intelligence, including scaling analyses.
• Experience analyzing structured or semi-structured data to answer intelligence questions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex subjects concisely.
• Experience producing strategic intelligence for senior leadership, including executive briefings.
• Ability to influence program strategy and improve analytic practices, tools, and services.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines; structured analytic techniques familiarity.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and CTI analytic frameworks.

Mansioni

• Own the actor and threat prioritization framework guiding CTI focus, collection posture, and countermeasure development.
• Identify priority threats and actors for Humana; reflect enterprise risk.
• Update prioritization frameworks as threats shift using AI and automation.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc assessments of the threat landscape for Humana.
• Analyze threat and security data to identify patterns and meaningful changes.
• Articulate threats and implications in reports and leadership briefings.
• Support CTI engagement with Humana’s strategic initiatives and planning.
• Develop proactive countermeasure packages for Detection Engineering and SOC.
• Advance CTI program maturity through improved analytic practices and tooling.
• Edit finished intelligence to industry-standard tradecraft.
• Apply AI to accelerate insights and impact of intelligence.
