Job summary

Humana, a leading US healthcare company, seeks a Senior Insider Threat Engineer to configure and tune Purview IRM and CC, support DLP, and drive insider risk detection across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with Security Operations, HR, Legal, Compliance, and business partners to safeguard assets and data, implement automated policies with PowerShell and Graph API, and produce actionable risk insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with insider threat focus.
• Hands-on configuring Purview IRM, CC, and DLP.
• Experience supporting eDiscovery activities.
• Knowledge of endpoint insider threat monitoring platforms.
• Familiarity with insider threat TTPs.
• Proficiency with KQL and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Configure, tune, and maintain Purview IRM/CC to support insider threat detection.
• Build and refine IRM/CC policies and SITs.
• Investigate alerts and tune to reduce false positives.
• Support eDiscovery investigations and legal holds.
• Operate and tune ITM for telemetry and evidence.
• Correlate telemetry with SIEM/UEBA/EDR data sources.
• Develop automation scripts for deployment and health checks.
• Track KPIs and produce platform health reports.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA/HITRUST/PCI-DSS/SOC2.
