Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Strategic and Operational Intelligence Analyst to deliver proactive cyber threat analysis and translate it into direction for Humana's information security organization. You will shape the strategic threat picture guiding CTI collection and analysis, and collaborate with operational analysts to convert strategy into actionable countermeasures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of intelligence experience with all-source cyber threat analysis.
• Curiosity and hands-on problem-solving; comfortable exploring data and testing approaches.
• Experience with the cyber threat landscape, actors, TTPs, and sector trends.
• Fluency with AI tools and applying AI to intelligence analysis.
• Ability to translate analysis into direction and action for leadership.
• Experience producing strategic intelligence for senior leadership.
• Familiarity with structured analytic techniques and CTI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the actor and threat prioritization framework guiding CTI's focus.
• Identify priority threats for Humana's Enterprise teams and partners.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc assessments of threat landscape.
• Analyze internal and external threat data to identify patterns and changes.
• Articulate priority threats and implications to leadership in written and verbal form.
• Lead strategic threat perspectives to inform CTI program decisions.
• Generate industry-leading analysis from concept to delivery.
