Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise identity security.
• Proficiency with SailPoint ISC, Okta, AD, Entra ID.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and support identity security solutions using SailPoint ISC, Okta, AD, and Entra ID.
• Design and implement JML, provisioning/deprovisioning, access certification, RBAC, SSO, MFA, federation, and entitlement governance capabilities.
• Integrate enterprise and clinical applications using SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, and REST APIs.
• Apply least privilege and Zero Trust principles across workforce, partner, vendor, and application identities.
• Automate identity processes to improve the reliability, scalability, and auditability of access controls.
• Troubleshoot complex provisioning, directory, authentication, and access issues across interconnected platforms.
• Partner with application, clinical technology, architecture, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to establish secure identity patterns.
• Support regulatory and audit requirements, including controls associated with HIPAA and the protection of sensitive healthcare information.
• Provide senior-level technical leadership, engineering standards, design reviews, and mentoring.
