Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Cyber Operations SME/PM/Engineer/Analyst to work in North Arlington, VA and/or other locations as directed by the Government. The role blends technical leadership with program management to support DoD cyber, EW, information operations, and multi-domain operations.

You will plan, coordinate with Navy and joint commands, develop acquisition and transition artifacts, RMF artifacts, and brief senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or technical equivalent.
• DoD cyber, EW, information operations, SIGINT, or MDMO experience.
• Familiarity with RMF processes and artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, advise, and coordinate with Navy/CCMDs and commands to enable force integration of experimental materials and capabilities.
• Author SOWs, Technical Direction Letters, TOAs, engineering requirements, system test plans, interface control documents, and CONEMPs.
• Coordinate with Naval SYSCOMs, TYPECOMs, and forces CONUS/OCONUS.
• Prepare and present technical inputs to sensitive planning elements.
• Review and update security classification guides and related docs.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual status reports for diverse audiences.
