EY is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager to drive strategic cyber solution development and support growth across flagship accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to account leadership, shaping opportunities and delivering differentiated cyber services across engagements.

You will collaborate with partners, architects, and global practices to position EY as the premier cyber transformation advisor. The role emphasizes leading proposals, managing pursuits, and guiding transformation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a cybersecurity-related field.
10–15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs.
Experience developing cybersecurity business cases, roadmaps, and operating models.
Strong understanding of managed security services and security operations.
Experience working with CISOs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead development of integrated cybersecurity solutions aligned to client objectives and risk priorities.
Design offerings spanning Cyber Defense & Fraud.
Lead development of repeatable service offerings, accelerators, and frameworks.
Collaborate with sector cyber teams to bring best practices into client solutions.
Develop operating models, service catalogs, staffing plans, and roadmaps.
Incorporate AI and GenAI-enabled capabilities into cybersecurity solutions.
Serve as cyber domain lead for strategic accounts across insurance sector.
Support account teams in identifying and shaping opportunities.
Drive executive-level discussions on cybersecurity transformation.
Maintain account intelligence on client priorities and tech landscape.
Lead cybersecurity proposal development for strategic opportunities.
Present solutions during client workshops and executive sessions.
Support contract negotiations and pipeline forecasting.
Mentor managers, consultants, and solution architects.
