Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to help clients evaluate cybersecurity programs and translate findings into practical risk-based actions.

You will work with EY teams across industries on strategy, governance, operating models, and transformation, delivering executive-level presentations and client deliverables. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and knowledge of NIST/ISO frameworks, with travel 25–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience (or 2-4 years with a graduate degree).
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements for clients.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Develop target operating models, governance frameworks, and roadmaps.
