Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in our Cyber Strategy practice to help clients evaluate cybersecurity programs and strengthen risk management. You will translate findings into actionable recommendations, support governance enhancements, and develop transformation roadmaps.

This role offers a hybrid US model, travel 25–50%, and opportunities to lead client workshops while collaborating with EY teams across industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5 years of experience, or graduate degree with 2–4 years of experience.
Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and strategy.
Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.
Strong MS Office skills and ability to support client presentations.

Responsibilities

Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements for clients.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analyses to inform recommendations.
Develop target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, and reports; mentor junior staff.
