Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a seasoned software engineer to design, code, and integrate software for national security missions at Fort Meade. You will lead development activities, derive design requirements from user needs, and contribute to system documentation.

The role emphasizes complex algorithms, performance-driven software, and collaboration with cyber and intelligence teams in a mission-ready environment. Strong security clearance is required.

Formación

• Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance needs.
• Design, code, and modify software to add new features.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor operation to ensure specifications are met.
• Develop and review software and system documentation.
