Job summary

Lockheed Martin, Rotary Mission Systems Cyber & Intelligence seeks a Cyber RF Software Engineer Senior Staff to lead software teams and deliver secure cyber solutions. You’ll design, develop and integrate DSP-focused code in C++, Python, and Linux, while guiding junior engineers in an agile environment.

This role requires an active US security clearance with polygraph, a DSP-focused engineering or CS degree, and 7+ years of DSP and programming experience.

Qualifications

• Active US Security clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a DSP focus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience developing DSP algorithms on projects that follow established software processes.
• Minimum 7 years of professional programming experience using C++, Linux, Python (or comparable languages).

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more software development teams and ensure adherence to the software development process.
• Mentor and guide team members to grow their skills.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain cyber software solutions and tools.
• Integrate existing software into new systems or operating environments.
• Apply system knowledge to evaluate vulnerabilities and improve security practices.
