Job summary

Lockheed Martin in the United States is seeking an experienced Software Engineer (SWE) to design, develop, test, and integrate software across challenging cyber and intelligence projects. You will work with Python, C/C++ and scripting tools to create secure systems and support threat prevention efforts.

Required qualifications include TS/SCI with Polygraph and 15+ years of SWE experience, with hands-on work on complex algorithms, RF signals, and STM32-related tooling in a high-security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, or four (4) years of additional software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Current DoD Top Secret SCI with Polygraph.
• Minimum Fifteen (15) years of experience Software Engineer (SWE)

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
• Debug existing software and correct defects
• Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
• Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories
• Write or review software and system documentation
• Design or implement complex database or data repository interfaces/queries
• Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components
