Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Cyber Engineer to design and implement cryptography and platform security for defense-grade products. You will work on FIPS-validated encryption, secure boot chains, and trusted hardware in constrained environments.

You will harden Linux/firmware, build validation tooling, and automate accreditation evidence, collaborating with reviewers and engineers across domains.

Qualifications

• Proficient production code in C/C++, Rust, Golang, or Python; C/Rust preferred for firmware.
• 5-8 years of security-critical systems engineering with ownership.
• Applied cryptography experience: keys, entropy, boot identity, revocation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve FIPS-validated encryption across products.
• Own the platform trust chain: secure boot, TPM attestation, firmware signing, rollback protection.
• Design and implement full-disk encryption, key management, rotation, and hierarchies.
