Job summary

Mizuho in New York seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the Cyber Security portfolio within the Transformation & Delivery Office. You will guide program intake, governance and reporting, while mentoring a team of PMs delivering security initiatives across TDO.

Requirements include delivering large security programs at a major financial institution, deep cyber security knowledge, regulatory change management, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering major Cyber Security programs at large financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional processes and enabling technologies.
• Deep knowledge of Cyber Security domains (Threat & Vulnerability, SOC, IAM, data protection).
• Experience developing and mentoring a team of Program Managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end portfolio of Cyber Security programs and projects with governance and reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of Program Managers across TDO.
• Ensure delivery from design through to implementation including business process redesign and security controls.
• Provide portfolio-level reporting, risk and status updates to senior management.
