Job summary

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) seeks a Cybersecurity Product & Service Delivery Specialist to drive execution of security initiatives and mature risk management within the Global Security Operations Center. You will manage cross-functional programs, establish KPIs, and deliver executive reports to leadership.

The role supports continuous improvement across global teams and requires strong program management and analytical skills in a hybrid US-based setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, program management, project management or risk management.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, program execution, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: Japanese language experience and managing global cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of cybersecurity strategic initiatives and roadmap development.
• Coordinate remediation efforts with cybersecurity, risk, and control teams.
• Develop and manage KPIs and metrics for transparent senior leadership reporting.
• Oversee cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery and communicate outcomes.
• Facilitate process improvements and stakeholder interviews to identify inefficiencies.
