Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering major Cyber Security programs in large financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of cross-functional processes and enabling technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security domains and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team of Program Managers.
• Experience with regulatory change management (e.g., NYDFS, OCC/FRB/FDIC guidance).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end portfolio management of Cyber Security programs and projects, including intake, governance and reporting.
• Lead and manage a team of Program Managers delivering Cyber Security programs across TDO.
• Ensure delivery from design through to implementation, including business processes and security controls.
• Provide portfolio-level reporting, risk and status updates to senior management.
• Oversee resources, including third-party providers.
• Direct line management of Program Managers and career development.
