Zusammenfassung

Sureserve Group PLC is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to protect and strengthen the organisation’s security posture, while supporting the Cyber Security function’s day-to-day operations. You will work with the Group Head of Cyber Resilience and Security on incidents, risk management, controls, and regulatory compliance.

The role blends technical security operations with governance and stakeholder engagement, offering a hands-on environment and opportunities to mentor junior team

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in security operations, incident response, risk and vulnerability management.
• Experience investigating security alerts and incidents with security tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security technologies (Entra ID, Defender, Conditional Access, Sentinel).
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, networking, cloud services, endpoint security and enterprise security best practices.
• Experience supporting security compliance and governance activities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Investigating and responding to cyber security incidents and coordinating containment and resolution.
• Monitoring and improving security controls, processes, and ways of working.
• Supporting vulnerability management and reducing security risks with technical teams.
• Conducting security and risk assessments across projects, systems and third-party suppliers.
• Maintaining compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials.
• Contributing to security awareness initiatives and promoting a positive security culture.
