Job summary

Real Staffing Group seeks a senior systems engineer to lead product cybersecurity operations across the lifecycle. You will own incident response, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, risk assessment, and security surveillance, collaborating with engineering, IT, quality, regulatory, and product teams to mitigate cyber risks affecting products.

The role includes triage and remediation of incidents, root-cause analyses, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory/customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, IT, or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in product cybersecurity, incident response, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, security operations and risk management.
• Experience in regulated or safety-critical industries and familiarity with relevant frameworks is preferred.
• Strong leadership, risk-based decision making and executive communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response, triage, investigation, containment, remediation and recovery of product cybersecurity incidents.
• Coordinate cross-functional response teams and manage escalation processes.
• Perform root-cause analyses and ensure proper documentation and notifications.
• Continuously monitor threats, vulnerabilities and threat intelligence for the product portfolio.
• Drive end-to-end vulnerability management and prioritize issues by severity and impact.
• Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for product, business and regulatory stakeholders.
• Define detection use cases, alerting criteria and opportunities for automation.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and lessons-learned initiatives to improve cybersecurity processes.
